Answers: All general goods that are imported to Hong Kong or exported from Hong Kong does not need to clear any customs. However, shipment party in Hong Kong requires to submit customs declaration form within 14 days of Actual time of Departure (“ATD”) from Hong Kong or Actual time of Arrival (“ATA”) to Hong Kong.

Answer: Yes, certain commodities need import license and other certificates when they are imported to Hong Kong. Please refer to restrictions for imports in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region: (https://www.customs.gov.hk/en/trade_facilitation/prohibited_articles/imports/index.html)

Answer: Our services include export by Air cargos or by SEA loose cargos. If you want to deliver your cargos to the same destination from different suppliers, provided that the total volume of your goods is able to meet the minimum requirement (one general cargo), our console service can help to re-arrange your cargo into one shipment and ship by sea with a full container. Answers: Different shipping ports in different countries have various requirements on documents. Our professional team can help on preparing and arranging on all documentations. Answers: Shipping terms means the clauses that required by one party to another party when the cargos are going to transit in/out. FOB and CIF means Free on Board and Cost, Insurance & Freight.
